Main Street Madness is designed to be a fun, family event in which athletes from around Maine can come together in friendly competition in Downtown Waterville. (Check out winners and photos from 2006.)

The Concourse, Downtown Waterville

Registration (Download a registration form)
* The Registration Fee is $50 per team, and includes a t-shirt for each team member
* All registration forms must be submitted to Waterville Main Street no later than June 6th, 2007 Registrations will now be accepted up until the day of the event!
* On the day of the tournament, registration will be from 8:30-9:30am with play beginning promptly at 10:00am. Each captain must register at that time or that team's first game will be an automatic forfeit
* Team T-shirts will be distributed to the captain at the time of registration.

Rules of Participation
* The maximum number of players per team is 4
* The tournament is double-elimination with each match consisting of a Best 2-out-of-3 games to seven points
* There will be 9 Divisions: Boys, Grades 6-8; Girls, Grades 6-8; Boys, Grades 9-10; Girls, Grades 9-10; Boys, Grades 11-12; Girls, Grades 11-12; Men, Ages 19-29; Men, Ages 30 & up; Women, Ages 19 & up
* All players must qualify to play in that division (example: a 9th grader can't play with three 8th graders in the Grades 6-8 division)
* Each player can only be on one team in that division. If there is a player on your team that plays for another team in the same division, the entire team is disqualified.
* It is recommended that each player only play in one division as multiple games will be going on at the same time and we will not create special scheduling to accommodate multiple division players
* Trophies will be given to the winning team in each division
* Trainers will be on-site for any medial treatment necessary
* Any ejection from a game will last the entirety of the tournament, not just that single game
* No vulgarity or indecent behavior will be tolerated
* All other rules can be picked up at the Waterville Main Street office
